Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.
At Sheering CE Primary School, keeping children safe is our highest priority. We are committed to ensuring that every child in our care is protected, nurtured and supported to thrive in a safe, secure environment.
Our safeguarding commitment encompasses everything we do – from the quality of our teaching and the care we provide, to the way we listen to children and respond to their needs. We work tirelessly to ensure that children are safe:
✓ In school – through vigilant staff, secure premises and robust policies
✓ At home – by working in partnership with families and supporting parents
✓ Online – by teaching children how to stay safe in the digital world
✓ In the community – by helping children recognise and manage risks
"We are God's masterpiece" – Ephesians 2:10. Every child at Sheering matters, and every child deserves to feel safe, valued and protected.

Please inform the school immediately if your child will be absent, and let us know the reason.
